How do I conclude a binding reservation of an apartment?

You have the ability to secure an exclusive reservation ofr a period of 5 days. During this period you may conclude a binding reservation. Further details of the reservation procedure are outlined in the „Payment Schedule“ If a binding reservaton does not occur by the end of the 5 day period, the reservation of the apartment lapses.

I am a foreigner, can I buy an apartment in the Czech republic as a private person or do I have to set up a company?

The restrictions to buy properties for non-EU residents are no longer valid.
Currently, all individuals are eligible to purchase property in the Czech Republic.
